Returns, cancellations, and refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or defective products from the seller or manufacturer end.
Customers must notify us of any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers must provide a compulsory unboxing parcel video in case of any damage, wrong product received, or missing items.
Issues must be clearly documented in the unboxing video without any pauses or edits.
Any reported issues beyond 24 hours of receiving the parcel will not be considered for return or exchange.
In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs.
4. Warranty: All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for repairing and repolishing.
5. Hallmark:
Each product will bear a 925 stamp indicating its purity.
Customers can verify the metal purity by removing any gold coating and through a purity check via melting the product.
6. Buy Back Policy:
We do not offer a buy-back policy for any products.

Do not blow hot air from heaters exceeding 70 degrees Celsius onto the jewellery, as it may cause damage.
3. Repolishing and Replating:
Repolishing and replating services are available for our jewellery.
Charges for these services are determined based on current market rates, applicable during both warranty and non-warranty periods.
4. Repair Services:
We offer repair services for all kinds of jewellery damage.
Repair charges are based on the market value of the service provided.
If the weight of the jewellery increases during repairs, customers will be charged for the additional metal weight at market rates.
